This is such useful commentary!! I think the public and charitable sectors in the UK - England particularly - need to be exposed to this information. I hope you can take this piece into a UK forum to raise awareness of it

Thanks Nia, we have done a lot of work with the NHS who are very keen on ProSocial. We have also done quite a bit of work with the school sector, particularly with Duncan Gillard and colleagues in Bristol. I look forward to getting to know your work more. Thank you for the kind comment.

Hello lovelies, thank you very much for the promising email. I would like to make a financial commitment to your organisation, but not in the amount specified. Could you perhaps set up a field in which I could specify the amount of the annual contribution myself? That would be helpful from my point of view.

With heartfelt wishes

Ruth

Dear Ruth, That is so kind. You would be our first subscriber. I just realised that I had not even connected Stripe to the substack yet. I will ask our operations manager to do that and then we will be able to take supporting contributions. The minimum amount Substack allows us to charge is $5 per month and $50 per year so I will set it up with that in the first instance and see how it goes. I will be able to make larger contributions available later. I hope that meets your needs. Once again, thanks for thinking of us.

Are you asking a question: "How can we, the human species, organize ourselves to collaborate harmoniously, share resources sustainably, and address our most pressing environmental, social, and economic challenges without compromising individual freedoms or ecosystem health?".... and providing an answer? Or are you open to an inquiry or process to uncover or discover the answer?

Hi Bruce, I have my ideas which form the basis of the courses we offer, but I am certainly very open to other's ideas. I don't have in mind a formal process but I am very happy to have a discussion. How does that sound to you? Warmly

Thank you for getting back to me, and I apologize for my delay. Of course, I knew that you were open to learning. For me, the richness of the question begs against any one approach or answer. I would love to come along or be part of any inquiry or dialogue on the question you raised. I believe that this inquiry requires "suspending" what we know in service of what we could learn or create together.
